Can your team not hear or see you? Here’s a quick fix.

The great thing about video conferencing is being able to see and hear your team wherever you are. Expressing your ideas with body language and your own words instead of text can make all the difference.

Is your team unable to hear or see you? This is because the browser doesn’t have the right permissions to do so. Here’s a quick step by step guide to fixing this:

1. Click on the lock icon to the left of your URL.
2. Click on the permission boxes beside camera and microphone and switch them to ‘Allow’.
3. Refresh your page and your team will now be able to hear and see you – get collaborating!
